Mike Sherman, President of Sherman Energy Solutions LLC, has more than 30 years' experience in a broad array of energy issues in both the pulbic and private settings.   His primary interest is in understanding the factors that encourage individuals, businesses and institutions to make or forego energy efficiency investments, and behavior changes that result in the best value for the investments made. In public settings, particularly at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, he worked closely with ESCOs and public institutions such as state-owned buildings and public housing authorities to build win-win collaborations that minimized public expenditure and maximized return. In the private sector, he has evaluated numerous energy efficiency programs that are reliant on ESCO and other trade allies to drive energy efficiency investments and savings.
